HAS Counselors
Mrs. Iniguez is an experienced Adult Education professional with over ten years in the field. Since 2018, she has served as a Counselor at Hanford Adult School, where she empowers students through personalized support and resources. Her previous roles as a Retention Specialist and a Student Services Advisor have equipped her to effectively support adult learners in achieving their personal, academic, and career goals.

Mr. Kotoian has more than 25 years of experience in education as a Teacher, Counselor, and Administrator. He enjoys helping the students at Hanford Adult School plan for their future while advancing in their education, career, and personal lives.

TIPS FOR SUCCESS!
- Attendance is Key! Come to every scheduled class in order to learn the material and earl full credits. If you have scheduling issues, let us know ASAP. We will help you get back on track!
- Ask Questions! Lots of them! Asking questions not only helps you understand better, but gives us an opportunity to better connect with you. Stop by our office if you have any questions!
- Get Organized! Get a calendar or planner and budget your time. Set aside a special place in your home for studying and to organize your school supplies. Let us know if you need help developing organizational/time management skills!
- Take care of yourself! Take time to breathe and relax! Completing your education takes a lot of time and energy. Need some tips? Let us help you learn to find balance and de-stress your life!
- Keep trying! Do not give up. Every day is another opportunity for success and you have not failed until you quit! If you need to take some time away from school, come in or call us immediately. We will help you develop a plan for finishing!
