HJUHSD has purchased and is remodeling the old Hanford Sentinel Building in Downtown Hanford. The plan is to have all work completed and move in by Spring of 2025.

Our vision is to provide educational opportunities and services which address the unique needs of each individual by offering academic and career-oriented classes, teaching the skills necessary to enhance life and participate effectively within the community and family. In order to live out his vision, Hanford Adult School provides strong academic and vocational educational programs.
WASC Accreditation
Hanford Adult School is fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). Because WASC is one of the six regional accrediting organizations approved by the U.S. Department of Education, the WASC seal of approval assures that the school is a trustworthy institution of learning.
